Our Why
Both small and large can have a comparable impact if relationships come first for them. Our firm grew on the #friendsnotclients approach and it has always proved to be and is the best path in building our studio. Whether it is positive, intense and quality relationships or light in times of crisis, #friendsnotclients is the DNA of our business.
Our dream is to spread the stories and experiences that we are experiencing thanks to #friendsnotclients to give courage to all the talents who are reluctant to go to market with skin or who experience toxic relationships at work. Every day we try to show that it can be different.
We still have a long way to go in building our studio (we have over 10 years but still have big plans) but we already know that the most important decision was to start. And so we want to show our way not only through our results, where as designers we help brands, services and products to be better and more relevant to our customers, but also through #friendsnotclients relationships that are important for quality work, and we believe - that for each of us. We are extremely grateful for these relationships and we know that we have learned a lot through them, and most importantly, that they make us incredibly enjoy our work.

Our What
We are designers who dream of building the best studio we can build. In 7 years we already know that business is far from being the main focus of your company or the main activity, it is much more complex and one of the crucial roles is played by relationships. Without quality relationships, there is no sustainable growth and profit. Through #friendsnotclients stories, we want to connect like-minded people and support each other. Whether it is about everyone with whom our studio cooperates, as well as those with whom we do not know at all and perhaps we will never cooperate on a business level. We believe that if we all cheer for each other, we can all do more.
Our How
We have written 8 checkpoints on which the #friendsnotclients story is based and which we want to develop together with all of you. They are tourist signs that have always made us reach our destination and never get lost.

So how to make the journey for #friendsnotclients relationships even in your Business/Life?

Relationships where one customer called each other and one supplier are dead. Admit it and instead pull together and create strong and diverse teams.
At REMEMBERSHIP_ we always take the entire team of clients and other partners into the team and work together as one team. We don't just kiss the bosses but all the employees in the company and all the customers.
We go to every goal together.


2. CHECK-POINTS
We go downstream as best as we can and as fast as we can.
We deliver results with a commitment that is no different from whether we work for the client or for ourselves.
When the road goes upstream, we always do it with everyone on the same boat - that is, everyone has to dip so that it does not flush us.

We are not interested in companies or people who want to stand still.
We want to grow and reap the fruits of our cooperation together.
We never forget to tell the other about a great job so that others know about it, never forget to enjoy the successes of our partners. We know that there is nothing new for you, for they already wrote it in one famous book, Wish and Be Wished for You. Even so, it is sometimes forgotten.

Business relationships, and unfortunately human ones, are often full of guises and games. We don't recognise any of them.
Our condition is transparent and completely open communication.
Thanks to it, we can talk with our clients, partners and people about everything and thus get their perspective on our situation, learn by sharing. It is not possible to play who is bigger here because you can't reveal anything. A dead end for us. #nosalesbullshit #pojdmerovnoupracovat
5. CHECK-POINTS
All of us here are hungry for growth, our work is extremely fun and fulfilling, and therefore from time to time we go into something to the fullest and perhaps more than would be needed.
But because commitment is more valuable to us than passivity - we are ready to keep our partners even if something does not work out for them.
We support each other and don't let each other fall, or at least try to do something for it. We always have our hand outstretched and we are ready to take a firm grip.


6. CHECK-POINTS
We don't all have to be best friends, but we should always treat each other the way we treat our friends.
Let us not discriminate and throw people at work into another trash when it comes to decent behavior.
Because you're not gonna rip off your friends, are you?
Let's not do this to anyone.
7. CHECK-POINTS
Every once in a while we see each other in person when the world and circumstances allow. We look for opportunities where meeting together, rolling up our sleeves and having a good time kissing is possible and welcome.
We are not hiding behind the shadow of the pandemic, personal relationships are and will be important always.
We protect ourselves and others, but whenever we can, we try to see each other in person once in a while. We add countless calls to it, but that's clear, right?


8. CHECK-POINTS
In conclusion - We do all this with the intention of building healthy businesses. Thus, companies that make a profit pay their debts and pay their obligations on time. When sometimes there is an obstacle to paying something on time, we will tell ourselves straight and try both parties to manage it, that is, how to pay and wait a while because this is an emergency and not a habit.
So #friendsnotclients is about building profitable businesses, it's not a sunshine approach, but an approach that says that focusing on relationships and people, you can build a long-term sustainable and prosperous business that we will all enjoy and enjoy.
